Job Description

The Champions After- School Program Club staff play a vital role in creating an engaging, and educational environment for students. This position involves working closely with Kindergarten-4th grade children, including facilitating creative activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for childhood development and education, along with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with students during activities.
Assist in coaching students in area where they may need additional support.
Provide guidance ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs.

Must have Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
Capability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain order during activities.

Hours /Details
2 Days Per Week (6 week sessions)

3pm-4:30pm
Rate of pay $45 per hour
