Simulation gives us the capability to test an autonomous vehicle in a near-infinite variety of conditions and scenarios before it even reaches the road, accelerating development time and improving the reliability of the self-driving stack at the same time. We’re looking for an intern to work as software engineer. This meaningful role will see you working with technical visionaries within the company to deploy RIVE Sim to the Datacenter, define and deliver simulation products that advances the state of the art in autonomous vehicles.
What you will be doing:
Priorities often change in a fast-paced environment like ours. Some of the things you will work on:
Work directly with the Drive Sim team and contribute to the real product
Use Omniverse Kit framework to develop products
Programming with Python and C++
Manipulate the USD-based scene and use Omniverse UI system
What we need to see:
BS/MS/PhD degree in the related discipline (computer science & engineering, mathematics)
Excellent Python programming skills
Expert C++ programming skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experienced in the game development
3D Simulation background is a great plus
Passions in the video game development and/or related work
Working with cloud-based services
Fluent English ability
