The Autonomous Vehicles team is searching for engineers to develop and bring NVIDIA's automotive platform out to the world. You will participate in a focused effort to develop and productize ground-breaking solutions that will redefine the world of transportation and the growing field of self-driving cars. Work with hardworking and dedicated multi-functional engineering development teams across various vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into our autonomous driving DRIVE SW platform, while achieving or exceeding all meaningful NVIDIA and automotive standards & guidelines. You'll find the work is exciting, fun, and very meaningful. We have customers and competition.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop automotive vehicle system software for components such as Diagnostics and Analytics Systems, Telemetry, Update & OTA, and middleware.
Analyze and optimize system performance, and conduct tests to improve system stability.
Build tools to enhance work efficiency and streamline processes.
Integrate full-stack software into vehicles, troubleshoot fleet issues, and collaborate with global engineering teams for debugging.
What We Need To See:
Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related program.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
The ability to build rapid software prototypes using diverse programming languages (Python/Shell/etc.).
The capability to effectively work and communicate in a multinational, multi-time-zone corporate environment.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
Prior experience in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Vehicle functions and sensors.
Understanding of embedded systems and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
