What You Will Achieve
In your role, you will be joining a teamthatis responsible for overseeing and directing all supply chain management activities for multiple Contract Manufacturers (global scope) and products.Your work is conducted with Pfizer's supply chain management teams, Brand Supply Leaders and External Supply Operations. Your team will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes to ensure customers’ satisfaction and cost-effective supply chain.Your work with supply chain planners,Subject Matter Experts and coaches will develop a strong team to ensure supply chain excellence for Pfizer.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
Support incoming documents flow management from all external suppliers.
Ensure transactions are performed on timeto meet targets.
Ensure thatall downstream transactions in delivery are executed without errors and in case of errors, analyze and correct them.
Organize and support document retention for the Supply chain Planning team.
Follow up shipment of the orders with agreed carriers and monitor the shipments until delivery and release in the market.
Coordinate with the contact personforoverdue payments for delivery issues.
Provide Daily / Weekly Metrics reporting and general tactical support for Supply Chainissues and tolling reconciliation issues.
Serve as the secondary Supply Chain SME and support the Manager Operations Support through the collection, maintenance and analysis of supply chain information and recommending solutions to improve processes and performance.
Capture demand forecast using mainly global supply chain systems and processes.
Detect changes/trends in forecast and inventory and contact appropriate suppliers and/or contract manufactures for further explanation when needed.
Secure timely issuance and approval of purchase orders and where relevant, follow-up availability of relevant shipping documentation from suppliers to contract manufacturers.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills.
Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts.
Knowledge and understanding of reporting tools (Business Intelligence Tools)
Strong communication skills.
Strong Inventory Management skills.
