We are looking for a top-notch software engineer for an exciting and fun role on our System Software Security team. You will work with the most advanced current and future generations of Tegra products and SOCs. You will join a team whose mission is to develop robust, safe and secure systems used in Automotive, Data Center and Embedded products. What you will be doing:
Design and implement the sophisticated security and system software solutions for Tegra Automotive, Embedded and Data Center platforms.
Drive discussions on ROT (Root of Trust) design in the cryptographic security system.
Develop and engage ARM Trusted Firmware opensource projects and advanced topics.
Involve in Security SDLC and standards like ISO 26262 Safety, ISO 21434 Security.
Develop bare metal firmware, software and applications for various security use cases and proof of concepts.
Take an active role in the new silicon lifecycle, from pre-silicon simulation/emulation, test validation to power-on bring up phases. Specify and implement test cases while actively seeking improvements to test automation and software quality.
Work closely with the architecture and different software and hardware design teams to improve the next generation of NVIDIA System-on-Chips.
Engage and collaborate with our technology partners on critical discussions.
What we need to see:
B.S. or M.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
4+ years of software development experience.
Strong system software engineering skills combined with a drive to tackle hard problems.
Strong programming and debugging skills in C, C++ and Assembly language. Experience in RUST and Ada/Spark programming language is a plus.
Good understanding of operating system internals, embedded systems and security software.
A great teammate; self-motivated and with a good attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Excellent communication skills.
Ways to stand out in the crowd:
Knowledgeable in applied cryptography, secure boot and general embedded system.
Prior exposure to advanced CPU architectures and the associated security design such as ARM Cortex-A, RISC_V or x86.
Defensive security programming skills, software fuzzing and penetration testing experience.
Ability to identify design vulnerabilities and debug complex problems.
Proven interests in striving for the most secured and efficient software.
