The automotive industry is undergoing significant disruption, with NVIDIA leading the charge in the autonomous vehicle revolution by providing crucial solutions to major car manufacturers. Our focus lies in critical domains where visual computing and AI are essential, such as AI Cockpit and Autonomous Vehicles (AV), which require a supercomputer on wheels. Since no existing platform meets this demand, we are developing our own.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to coordinate Software Integration & Delivery Management for ADAS software development, ensuring the reliability of the Continuous Integration system. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software changes for programs related to ADAS software development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate the integration of software changes and manage the build process.

  • Collaborate with software development, QA, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

  • Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the integrated system.

  • Develop and maintain integration strategy, schedules, and status.

  • Establish software integration best practices and methodologies.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report on integration progress, escalating issues as necessary.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in software integration/release engineering or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, branching strategy and integration processes.

  • Hands-on experience with Continuous integration tools chains e.g. Jenkins, Gerrit, GitLab, GitHub, etc.

  • Experience in Embedded software development project is a must.

  • Experience in automotive programs/projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate to various level of stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think analytically in high-pressure situations.

  • Keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with ADAS projects and process framework like ASPICE, ISO26262.

  • Prior experience with Gerrit, JIRA, Confluence, scripting with Python, Docker

  • Experience in build system e.g. CMake, Bazel.

  • Proven track record of successful software integrations in complex environments.

  • Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
