We have an exciting Senior Physician Recruiter opportunity to join our growing Physician Recruitment team (a position based at our Duarte, CA main campus location). We currently have two Senior Physician Recruiter open positions - this specific position is a hybrid role (mainly work from home with expectations to be on main campus, as necessary).
We are looking for a highly qualified physician recruiter and sourcer who will be responsible for the physician recruitment process of their assigned client groups and areas in a variety of specialties. Performs full-cycle physician recruitment for academic departments with expertise in defining and executing a sourcing strategy, assessing cultural and role fit, and preparing and negotiating physician offers and contracts in collaboration with department chairs and other physician and administrative leaders (i.e. finance, legal, assigned hiring department). In addition, the Senior Physician Recruiter participates in the development of strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. The Senior Physician Recruiter evaluates, develops and implements projects to continually improve recruitment and team processes. This position will have significant interaction with executive administration and physician leadership throughout the enterprise.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Human Resources or 4 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education.
- Minimum of 4 years of physician recruitment in an academic health care environment, hospital and/or health system, or 5 years of health care recruitment in an academic health care environment.
Preferred Experience and Certification/Licensure:
- Five (5) years of direct physician recruitment experience in an academic health care environment, hospital and/or health system.
- Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)

Pay Rate: $40.70 - $63.08 / hour
