What You Will Achieve
You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. As part of the HR operations team, you will be designing and maintaining Information Systems to support human resource administration. You will be responsible for HR Information Systems Governance, including the revision of manuals, code lists and documentation. You will analyze and validates data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation. You will also be able to provide colleague information for analysis and decision making, statistical data and other colleague-related reports as required.
As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
Support team in overall HR operations which may include ad hoc assignments within the assigned work scope perspective.
Administer HR documentation such as Standard Operating Process (SOP) and internal communications on the intranet site.
Ensure timely attention to the requests and concerns of colleagues received from various means.
Prepare regular reports,updateand maintain employee records and data entryandfiling of all related personal documents.
Deliver continuous improvement initiatives which have been shared by leadership.
Support the team and coordinate the work process and administer operational supports such as meeting arrangement, documentation and other logistics as needed for the HR projects.
Participate and execute audits of HR process data to ensure alignment with compliance regulations.
Support the implementation and maintenance of consistent process and operational efficiencies across all sites.
Assistand support teamon research and analysis on HR related matters.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree; OR Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience; OR Six years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
Nice-to-Have
Strongly preferred prior experience with LOA’s administration and Separations administration
Experience working on ERP HR modules (Workday), Case management systems (Service Now), Leave of Absence Administration systems (LeavePro).
Positive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
