Job Summary
The Facilities Inventory Coordinator oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the Organization's product and supplies. Including control of flow of supplies and equipment; tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance to best establish protocols for loss mitigation. This person will also be responsible for requesting and maintaining purchase orders.
Credentials and Experience:
- Five (5) years of inventory controller experience.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid FL Driver’s License required upon hire.
- Computer skills to complete order entering, inventory, scheduled, purchasing, generating reports, etc.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
- Ability to travel within Moffitt Cancer Center facilities.
- Evidence of good driving record per Moffitt's Policy.
- Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position.
- Use and maintaining hand and power tools.
Preferred Experience:
Three (3) years of inventory experience in a healthcare facility/environment.
