(Sr) Marketing Channel Delivery Manager
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and delivery of China social two-way capabilities, including the operating model, ways of working, and the operational processes. In the meanwhile, this position also requests a solid data operation capability for optimized digital channel strategies and execution.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the end-to-end operation of WeCom 企业微信 (China social two-way platform)
- Partner with BU digital team, Customer Innovation team and Digital team to manage and evolve WeCom capabilities in accordance with business priorities
- Partner with compliance team to define and regularly review the operation policy and procedure, especially for WeCom FCPA monitoring
- Partner with China data privacy office (“DPO”) to ensure all the data operational tasks are delivered in compliant way
- Build and Monitor internal channels' data performance, including WeCom, WeChat, HQ Email, HCP Portal and share solid data insights to channel owners for optimized operational strategies
- Support the design of key channel reporting and ensure the data accuracy
- Share channel data performance on weekly / bi-weekly basis to local stakeholders and Provide ad-hoc data support to local key initiatives and campaigns, e.g. BU campaigns
- Identify areas of optimization and improvement based on ongoing monitoring of processes and operation model
- Secure and maintain necessary budget to support services, partners with Procurement to renew key contracts annually to support services
- Create and maintain a library of operating processes, training, operating model, and supporting materials for various stakeholders
- Serve as local SME to resolve all service request tickets (“SRT”) related to WeCom and channel data raised by colleagues from commercial team
- Manage a team of 3 contractors
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: China Marketing Channel Delivery Lead – Yanli Li
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred
- 5-7 years in digital Channel operation & Channel data management, or Commercial business, Preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrable rich experience in processing millions of data, with the ability to develop and execute creative solutions in channel operation
- Proficient in using PPT/EXCEL/WORD, VBA/Alteryx/Pathyon preferred
- Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate, communicate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering omnichannel campaigns
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute creative solutions
- English is a must. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese
- Outstanding ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects under urgent timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask in a cross-functional role
- Stronginterpersonal, influence and communications skills
