ROLE SUMMARY
The role is responsible for APAC Payroll Accounting Activities like reconciliations, Accruals(Payroll, Vacation/Holiday, Bonus, GPP, Field Force, etc.), adjustment/reclass, audit support, reporting and analytics etc. Participate/lead in process improvement projects.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Accrual MJEs (Payroll, Vacation/Holiday, Bonus, GPP, Field Force, etc.), adjustment/reclass
Reporting and analytics etc.
Payroll Reconciliations
Audit support
Ensure the operation meet SLA and compliance requirement
Drive/participate process continuous improvement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent English Communication and solid accounting knowledge
- A proven track record in delivering results
- Stress management especially during difficulty times or ambiguity situation
- Influence others with the power of persuasion
- Proficient with Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 3+ years of related financial experience
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP experience is preferred
- Accounting certification is preferred
