Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation of all transactions in MAPP Navigator System for local market
- Responsible for following all internal procedures – ensuring compliance processes and global policies are followed.
- HCO’s and HCP’s requests first stage of checking
- Controlling activity process according to aggregated schedule
- Working closely with MAPP SS to find and resolve technical bags and issues in the system
- First point of contact for BU’s colleagues for all events related questions
- Managing all contracts and invoices with event organizers
- Vendors and Associations database management
- Executing and storage HCPs agreements and AoA for all local engagements
- Managing HCP database
- Receive, proceed and storage all HCP authorization forms
- Execute HCP payment sheet twice per month
- Check and control intime payments creation in the system
