RoleDescription:

We are working for shaping the treatment landscapes, help patients with chronic autoimmune diseases, fight antimicrobial resistance in Pfizer I&I, Hospital and AV categories. We offer robust differentiated pipeline of immuno-inflammation therapies, anti-infectives and anti-virals.

I&I, Hospital and AV Senior Commercial Manager will have an important role in delivering smooth inline brand activities, ensuring cross-brand coordination, and launch excellence in cooperation with CBLs and key functions/stakeholders across the enterprise. The role will be responsible to understandareasofjointinterestthatcouldsupportanylegitimateunmetpatientneedandpartnertoreachasuperiorcustomerengagementwithHealth Solutions Partner (HSPs).

  • Activelycontributeandleadstrategicabove-brandprojectsandensurethattheteamisdevelopingmusclesforidentifiedkeystrategiccapabilitiesthroughcurrentassets

    • DevelopPfizer brandingwithCBLsandCategoryLead in different specialties
    • Leadengagementofexternalkeystakeholders(associations,opinionleaders)forcross-brandinitiatives
  • Actasamarketingexcellenceleadfortheinlineportfolioworkingcloselywith CBLsto:
  • Supportthedevelopmentofcountrybrandplansandensurethatcustomerand patientinsights,aswellasthe“essence”ofmarketissues,arewellunderstoodandprocessedintobusinessplans
  • Supporttheabovebrandanalysistoguidemanagementdecisions
  • Establishmethodologiesforassessingportfolioperformance,andensurenecessaryactionsaretakenforcertainbottlenecks
  • BuildI&I, Hospital and AVoperatingplansandensureP&Ltargetsaremet
  • Overseemarketingbudget,ensuretheactualization,andbringROIperspectivetocampaigns
  • Maximizethereturnwithstrategiccross-brandinvestmentallocation
  • Ensurethebestcustomerandpatientexperienceforcross-brandinitiatives
  • Secure supply continuity of non-promoted products by working CBLs and supply team closely

LaunchExcellence:

  • BuildstrategicandfullyintegratedlaunchplansinpartnershipwithCBLsandkeyfunctions/stakeholders
  • Leadscenarioplanning,riskassessments,andprioritizationofcriticallaunchactivities
  • Definethekeypre-launchoutcomesforpipelineassets(i.e.,gapanalyses,launchKPI's,etc.)

OmnichannelEngagement:

  • LeadI&I, Hospital & AV Health Solution Partners (HSPs) in delivering targeted local/national solutions to unmet needs and improving overall healthcareexperiencefromourmedicines
  • Inspirecolleaguestocontinuously strivefortransformingthewayweengagewithpatients andphysician
  • EnsuretheexecutionoftheomnichannelstrategyroadmapandtrackKPIstohaveoptimizedcustomerexperienceandchannelmixbasedoncustomerneeds
  • LeadthePfizerProintegrationandensurethatPfizerProispositionedinthebestwayinthecustomerjourneyaspercustomerneed
  • Overseecustomeranddigitalsegmentationanddevelopatrackingmechanismtoensureeverycustomersegmentisreceivingtheoptimizedomnichannelmix

Qualifications:

  • 5+yearsofexperienceinthepharmaceuticalindustry
  • Launchexperienceandknowledgeoflocalaccessenvironment
  • Extensiveproductmanagementwithatrackrecordofsuccessindevelopingandoptimizingmarketingstrategiesandprogramsthatdrivecustomerengagement
  • Demonstratedtrackrecordofhandlingcomplex/multi-facetedprojects
  • Provencapabilitytodriveextensivecross-functionalwork
  • Entrepreneurshipmindset,accountability,agility,overcomingobstaclesandfocusonaction
  • Experienceintakingandassigningaccountabilitywithoutauthoritywithinmatrix
