What You Will Achieve
You will turn numbers into compelling stories to inform business strategy, optimization business cases, and ultimately drive decision making for GBS and Talent Acquisition leadership. You will grow collaborative partnerships across GBS and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to accelerate implementation of initiatives. You will help to prioritize opportunities and lead projects with an emphasis on continuous improvement work across technology solutions to accelerate business impact.
How You Will Achieve It
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for recruiting reports and dashboards in Workday and Visier, provide reporting and analysis from recruitment technology platforms to measure utilization, ROI, and efficiency
Oversee the design and implementation of innovative, data-driven solutions that address business and HR needs and challenges
Initiate and execute on data-guided analyses to help solve, inform, and support GBS and Talent acquisition strategy
Engage with Global and Regional TA Leads to define, develop and implement key global recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness of recruitment processes and experience
Partner with Workday reporting team to design reports and dashboards that enable Talent leadership easy access to high value information needed to deliver on strategic objectives
Analyze data, identify insights, and turn numbers into compelling stories to inform optimization business cases and drive decision making
Support resource modeling and forecasting to ensure we deliver on hiring needs as efficiently as possible, while maintaining resiliency in key areas
Perform ad hoc analyses related to Talent Acquisition activity and to support recruiters and business leaders
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure data integrity and implement various controls to support compliance with relevant federal, state and local agencies
Support GBS and HR leadership with data analysis for executive level presentations or to inform on strategic direction or initiatives
Partner with Colleague Insights team in the development of Talent Acquisition KPI and dashboard strategy
Identify opportunities to improve data quality with controls, recruiter education, and engagement
Identify and gather internal and external talent data and partner with HR teams to provide meaningful insights and analysis
Create and compile quarterly, annual, and ad hoc recruiting reports for business leaders
Partner with HR BPs and the TA COE to assess and report on talent acquisition execution and effectiveness
Gather and review external recruiting trend data and compare it against internal recruiting statistics
Monitor, report, and manage KPIs to assess operational effectiveness of TA function
Provide oversight to the planning, management, and implementation of related enhancement projects
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions, develop and update associated documentation
Engage in consistent and ongoing interaction with Pfizer, peer companies, Workday, Visier, and other recruitment technology experts
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of relevant work experience with people data
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including experience with formulas/macros, trending analysis, pivot tables, analyzing and manipulating large data sets
Demonstrated creative problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to stay organized to deliver on multiple competing priorities while always seeking the most effective, efficient, and scalable way to accomplish results
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to convey complex information to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience establishing, analyzing, and reporting on TA operational metrics and measurement programs
Advanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools – experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Visier
Experience with Workday and developing custom analytic products
Experience in operations and/or talent acquisition and bio/pharma, healthcare, life sciences
General knowledge of talent acquisition corporate governance guidelines and compliance reporting requirements
Experience collecting and analyzing external trends, insights, benchmarks and trends for talent acquisition to assess operational performance, inform strategies, and continuous improvement programs
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements
Ability to work in a global environment requiring occasional off-hours meetings
