Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Business Systems Analyst of the Penn Center for Innovation (PCI), the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing a full range of systems/software support and customization; project management and critical analysis for PCI staff and the university research community, serving both as both technical and business analyst supporting PCI portfolio of systems. Primary responsibility will be to support the operational requirements of the Penn Center for Innovation. Functions include SQL querying, Analytics reports creation and customization; data integration requests with Internal and External systems; data analysis cleanup; account and vendor management, user provisioning including software procurement, equipment tracking and deployment; Tableau/Salesforce experience preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and 1-2 years’ work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with SQL querying, Analytics reports creation, Data mapping and clean up, Account and Vendor management, User provisioning, and/or Systems/Software support or deployment required. Salesforce/Tableau experience preferred.
